Nya bokningsrutiner/Booking routines

Hej!

Från och med vecka 41 inför vi nya rutiner för bokning av banor hos Sollentuna Rackethall.

För att minska antalet bokningar där kunden inte dyker upp och samtidigt göra bokningsprocessen enklare och tydligare, kommer alla kunder framöver att behöva ha ett MATCHi-konto.

Boka och betala själv via MATCHi

Som huvudregel ska du som kund själv boka och betala din bana via MATCHi, antingen genom MATCHi-appen eller via vår MATCHi-sida på hemsidan.

På vår MATCHi-sida ser du lediga tider och kan direkt välja och betala den tid du vill boka.

Det är alltså viktigt att du har ett MATCHi-konto för att kunna boka bana.

📞 Har du ett värdekort? Då hjälper vi dig gärna!

Om du har ett värdekort med tillräckligt saldo kan du fortfarande ringa till receptionen och be oss hjälpa dig med bokningen.

Vi bokar då tiden åt dig och drar kostnaden direkt från ditt värdekort.

Det innebär att:

Har du inget värdekort: Du bokar och betalar själv via MATCHi-appen eller MATCHI hemsida.
Har du ett värdekort: Du kan boka själv via MATCHi, eller ringa oss så hjälper vi dig att boka och drar kostnaden direkt från värdekortet.
Alla som bokar bana måste ha ett MATCHi-konto.
Vi kommer inte längre att göra obetalda bokningar via telefon.

Starting from week 41, we are introducing new booking procedures for court bookings at Sollentuna Rackethall.

To reduce the number of bookings where customers do not show up, and to make the booking process easier and clearer, all customers will need to have a MATCHi account.

Book and pay yourself through MATCHi

As a general rule, you should book and pay for your court yourself through MATCHi, either via the MATCHi app or through our MATCHi website.

On our MATCHi page, you can see available times and choose and pay for the time you would like to book.

It is therefore important that you have a MATCHi account in order to book a court.

📞 Do you have a value card? We are happy to help!

If you have a value card with sufficient balance, you can still call our reception and ask us to help you with your booking.

We will then book the court for you and deduct the cost directly from your value card.

This means that:

If you do not have a value card: You book and pay for your court yourself through the MATCHi app or MATCHi website.
If you have a value card: You can book yourself through MATCHi, or call us and we can make the booking for you and deduct the cost directly from your value card.
Everyone booking a court must have a MATCHi account.
We will no longer make unpaid bookings over the phone.
